Although it has a small increase in its brand value (just 3% compared to last year), Apple is far from Google with is the second most valuable brand in the world in 2017 with a brand value of $141,703 Million. Microsoft with a brand value of $79,999 Million is the 3rd most valuable brand in the world in 2017.

Amazon and Facebook have the biggest increase in their brand value from last year in this Top 20 Most Valuable Brands in the World 2017. Amazon’s brand value reached a 29% increase from last year (number 5 on this top) and the company is evaluated now at $64,796 Million. Facebook succeeded to entered for the first time in Top 10 most valuable brands in the world directly on the 8th position with a brand value of $48,188 Million. Facebook value has increased with a stunning 48% from last year!

Only 4 brands have a decreased of their brand value compared to 2016 (Coca-Cola, Toyota, IBM and Louis Vuitton) and one brand has the same value as the year before (BMW).
