Last thursday (24 January) Twitter announced a new mobile service called Vine, which allows users to create and share 6 second looping videos.
Like they say on their blog, the guys from Vine transform the 140 character of a twitter’s tweet into a 6 second video:
“We want to make it easier for people to come together to share and discover what’s happening in the world. We also believe constraint inspires creativity, whether it’s through a 140-character Tweet or a six-second video.”
