Thursday (October 24th), Instagram offered a first look at how Instagram Ads will look like, in a post on their blog.
An Instagram Ad will be almost the same as a typical image or video shared on the popular social network except it will have a Sponsored label in the top right corner and have also the posibility to hide it, if you will click on bottom right corner (the image with 3 dots), as you can see below:
Instagram announced that the new Instagram Ads will begin rolling out to users “in the coming week”, “with just a handful of brands that are already great members of the Instagram community”.
